Yes. We buy direct and check batch codes against the supplier manifest on arrival. Every device arrives sealed with its security panel intact.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $10.00 (3 business days); express is $25.00 (1 business day), free once your order passes $200.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $100.00.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave our US warehouse the same day. Express is typically next business day to major metros.
What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, bank transfer, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and 50+ coins) via OxaPay. Crypto takes 15% off. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
How does the crypto discount work?
Pick crypto at checkout and 15% comes off your subtotal automatically. The free-shipping threshold is measured before the discount, so choosing crypto never costs you free express shipping.
Can I choose the flavours in a mixed pack?
No. Limited edition and wholesale boxes ship as a sealed mixed assortment — that's what makes the per-device price work. Buy single Mini Gen 4 devices if you want a specific flavour.
What's the difference between Mini Gen 4 and Dual Gen 2?
Mini Gen 4 is a single-flavour 2g disposable. Dual Gen 2 splits the same capacity across two separate chambers so you can switch profiles on one device.
My device arrived faulty. What now?
Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices are replaced free within 30 days. Email orders@aceultrapremium2g.com with a photo of the device and its security panel.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. Everything goes in plain, unbranded packaging with no product detail on the label. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes. This site is for adults 21+ only and we may request photo ID before dispatch.
