Who we are

ACE ULTRA PREMIUM 2G USA is a retailer of Ace Ultra Premium products operating from a single US warehouse. We are not the manufacturer and not an Ace Ultra subsidiary.

Age restriction

You must be 21 or over to browse or purchase. We verify age at entry and may request photo ID before dispatch. We do not ship to anyone under 21. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and include no tax component unless stated. Orders are repriced server-side from our own catalogue at the moment you submit them — the price charged is the price listed here, not whatever a browser sends. A $100.00 minimum order applies. The 15% crypto discount applies only when crypto is selected as the payment method.

Stock and cancellation

Stock is held for 48 hours from order. If payment has not cleared by then we may release it. You can cancel any unpaid order by replying to your confirmation email. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $10.00 (3 business days); express is $25.00 (1 business day), free once your order passes $200. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address you gave us; we cannot be responsible for an address entered incorrectly.

Faults and returns

Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices are replaced free within 30 days of delivery. Email orders@aceultrapremium2g.com with a photo of the device and its security panel. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, and we do not offer change-of-mind returns on sealed products once dispatched.

Legal compliance

USA law restricts the retail supply of these products and the rules vary by state. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase complies with the law where you live. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
